Austria Dauber

Austria grew up in the Bronx surrounded by her rich Dominican heritage and culture. Her first name always intrigues anyone who first meets her. Why Austria? It’s really simple– she was given her grandmother’s first name.

She discovered her love for travel and foreign languages while attending FLAGS High School where she learned Italian. Austria then obtained a B.A. in Liberal Arts from St. Lawrence University where she majored in Foreign Languages and Communications. While in college, she studied abroad in Rouen, France and Shanghai, China.

Her sense of adventure has taken her around the world to Central America, the Caribbean Islands, Austria (of course!), Italy, Senegal, Slovakia, Thailand, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia and many more.

In her free time, Austria enjoys dancing, baking and spending time with her family, friends and her favorite dog, Benji.

Austria’s multi-cultural background is instrumental in connecting with North American planners and executives from international destinations. She is a strong believer of face to face interactions and loves connecting with people.
