Born and raised in Hong Kong, Emily developed an early passion for the vibrant world of travel and hospitality. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Tourism Management before deciding to further her expertise by completing a postgraduate business program, which brought her to Toronto, Canada. This journey of relocation—from a global hub in Asia to North America—deepened her appreciation for diverse cultural perspectives.
Prior to joining MarketID, Emily gained significant experience working with National Tourism Organizations and within the dynamic in-bound tourism industry in Toronto. Her multicultural background and international outlook allow her to build meaningful connections across borders and effectively navigate the complexities of global destination marketing, ultimately driving impactful results for clients and partners.
In her free time, Emily is a passionate traveler who loves exploring new corners of the globe. Closer to home, she can be found recharging through her consistent Pilates reformer practice or cheering on her favorite NBA team.
