Divina Soriano-Leacock

Divina’s enthusiasm for travel and tourism was first sparked while globetrotting with her mother at a young age. She has harnessed and fueled this passion for over the past 20 years. After completing the Marketing Program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), she worked for Vancouver’s top boutique hotel properties – Wedgewood, Opus and Hotel Le Soleil. This hotel experience lead her into the DMO world including several roles over several years at Destination Vancouver and Business Events Sydney. 

In her spare time, she is also the anchor of a household of five with 3 active children who follow their own passion-filled pursuits in film, theatre and sports. When she isn’t showing the love of her hometown personally and professionally, she’s hosting dinner parties to friends and those alike within her home. She also enjoys home renovation projects, woodworking, yoga and an overall active lifestyle.
