On a very cold Tuesday, I attended the New York Area Chapter of PCMA’s 25th anniversary at the Gansevoort Hotel in Meatpacking district. The silver affair highlighted the Chapter’s contribution and support of the Meetings and Events industry, their longstanding partnerships, and last but not the least, recognition of past, future, and present leadership.
Committed to “supporting future industry leaders with area colleges & universities,” the welcome team were made up of college student volunteers
As part of their celebration, they were collecting socks donation for under privileged New Yorkers.
The evening was filled with light conversations, warm smiles, and a brief presentation from Ms. Fun Lee, the outgoing president of the NY area PCMA Chapter.
Fun, also the Founder and CEO of Fundamental Meetings & Events shared an overview of the year’s activities and encouraged members to be active in the Chapter.
